Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. Each bike undergoes a final professional inspection and safety check before being boxed and dispatched.
Do Whyte bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 95% assembled. You will typically need to install the pedals, straighten the handlebars, and attach the front wheel. All necessary basic tools and instructions are included in the box.
What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?
We offer a 28-day return period. Bikes must be in an unused, 'as new' condition with all original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for bicycles are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
We provide a 2-year warranty on all Whyte frames as standard, which can be extended to 4 years if you register your bike on our website within 28 days of purchase.
Can I purchase a bike through a Cycle to Work scheme?
